I had my wedding at Hanover Tavern and it was spectacular! The food and staff were top notch. Krissy and Mel coordinated everything perfectly and Don was the best barstaff EVER! The whole location was gorgeous. The guests commented on how unique and "ethereal" it all was. They loved being able to read the historical information during cocktail hour. Thank you for making our day so special!
We Recently celebrated the 50th reunion of a local high School in the Coach House of the Hanover Tavern and it could not have turned out any better! It is a clean, modern and beautiful atmosphere to host a large group. We worked in advance with the event staff to plan our menu, seating, decorations, etc., and they could not have been more helpful to us. We chose salad, steak tips, shrimp, garlic, mashed potatoes, brazed Brussel sprouts, Special pasta, rolls, and a pie bar. It was served at the proper temperature and seasoned perfectly. Everyone was pleased!! The support staff of set-up, bar, and servers were all very professional, friendly, helpful and were there when we needed them. Thank you Krissy, Toni, and all!! The Hanover Tavern is the perfect venue for your next large event!!
My wife and family just hosted a 60th anniversary party for her parents yesterday. The setup, staff, food, bar and everything was just perfect. An outstanding experience that just couldn't have been done better. The staff was simply exceptional.
We've had three events at Hanover Tavern and can't say enough about how impressed we are by them. Their staff is welcoming, attentive and professional. The food is delicious and it's in a great location.
A delicious meal before a hilarious play production of Moriarty. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, the atmosphere was so peaceful (we went in December), and the food was FANTASTIC. Pretty sure I ordered the best thing: Hearthside Pasta. My sister went with the Crab Cake Sliders (amazing!!) and the table also shared 2 addictive appetizers: the Fried Green Tomatoes & the Tavern Style Fried Brussel Sprouts. The others at the table enjoyed a Brisket Melt, Hanover Cuban Sandwich, and Pork Chops. It was a great experience for a Thursday night. I will definitely be back. Especially to enjoy a play afterwards.
Went for breakfast, almost no wait time to be seen, food came out quick and it was delicious! Some of the best eggs and pancakes I’ve had! The waitress was on top of her game. Glass was never empty and didn’t have to sit with dirty dishes when i was done. Highly recommend!
We enjoyed our server, Tammy who advised they had a special menu highlighting the famous Hanover tomato! I so enjoyed the apps of fried green tomatoes and the caprese. Excellent!
Gorgeous, historic ambiance with amazing food and drink. The mushroom soup is outta this world! Justin was a pleasure to talk to. Great food and service! Can't wait to go back and catch a play.
